The cost of visualization from 10 $/m² depending on the complexity
The room is less than 10 m2 from 90$
The price includes:
— 3 — 5 days per functional area before the first drafts
— the ability to make edits 2 times within the same concept (as a list), provided that the edits imply changes of no more than 30% of the entire interior.
— 5-10 renders per room
— PRO models
— final renders with a resolution of 3000px on the large side
Additional services
— additional range of edits — 10-20% of the room price
— An additional design option is paid separately — 20-30% of the room price.
— additional lighting scenario — 10-20% of the room cost
— 360 panorama — from $25 per frame
— by default, the scene is not passed to the requester. But if you need it, the cost will be 50% of the room price.
Technical specification
The TS should include:
— drawings of room plans in PDF/DWG format, lighting plan, scans
— collages, references
— a document with a list of used furniture, fittings, and textures (this may be a link to 3ddd.ru or a link to the manufacturer’s website)
Stages of work
1. receiving technical specifications from the customer
2. making an advance payment of 50% of the agreed cost of work
3. preparation of the first draft renderers
4. Next, the customer can make up to 2 rounds of edits (the edits are sent as a single file), and I prepare new drafts for each round.
5. after all the drafts are agreed, the second part of the payment is made in the amount of 50% of the project cost. At this point, I’m preparing the final images.
6. The final renderers are provided to the customer in a resolution of 2500 pixels on the larger side, with a noise level of 2.5%. If a larger resolution is needed, we will additionally coordinate it.
